Важнейшим способом ограничить распространение инфекции и локализовать эпидемическую вспышку среди детей является вакцинопрофилактика гриппа. Современные вакцины имеют высокий профиль безопасности и эффективности, что позволяет использовать их уже на первом году жизни младенца. В обзоре освещена позиция ВОЗ и ECDC в отношении необходимости формирования коллективного и индивидуального иммунитета среди детей разных возрастных групп. Показана позитивная роль материнской иммунизации против гриппа для создания устойчивости к инфекции младенцев первых месяцев жизни.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Influenza is one of the most dangerous infection for children of early age. Vaccine-prophylactics against influenza is the most important way to confine the spreading of the infection and to localize epidemic outbreak among children. Modern vaccines have a high level of safety and efficacy. It allows to apply them during the first year of life. The WHO and ECDC point out the necessity of group and individual immunity development among children of different age groups.
