<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Due to the polymorphism of clinical manifestations, yersiniosis is a diagnostically complex infectious disease. In infants with acute intestinal infection accompanied by exanthema, yersiniosis should be included in the differential diagnosis, which in this age group usually manifests itself as a combination of intoxication and gastrointestinal syndromes with prolonged vomiting and diarrhoea, often mixed with blood, and characteristic punctate, maculopapular or haemorrhagic rash.</p>
</trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Yersinia enterocolitica</kwd><kwd>иерсиниоз</kwd><kwd>кишечный иерсиниоз</kwd><kwd>дети грудного возраста</kwd><kwd>экзантема</kwd><kwd>энтероколит</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Yersinia enterocolitica</kwd><kwd>yersiniosis</kwd><kwd>enteric yersiniosis</kwd><kwd>infants</kwd><kwd>exanthema</kwd><kwd>enterocolitis</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Беднарская Е. В.
