С целью выявления факторов, способствующих развитию тяжёлых бактериальных осложнений ветряной оспы у детей проведено ретроспективное когортное исследование. В исследуемую группу были включены 128 случаев ветряной оспы, послуживших причиной госпитализации детей в стационар в период с 2000 по 2014 гг. Оценка факторов, связанных с возникновением бактериальных осложнений ветряной оспы проведена с помощью множественного логистического регрессионного анализа. Шансы возникновения инвазивных бактериальных осложнений в нашем исследовании были выше у мальчиков, а также у пациентов возрастной группы от 3 до 6 лет. Фактором, предрасполагающим к развитию неинвазивных бактериальных осложнений (пиодермии) было наличие атопического дерматита. Назначение ацикловира в ранние сроки болезни уменьшало риск инвазивных бактериальных осложнений ветряной оспы.

We performed retrospective cohort study to identify factors associated with bacterial complications of chickenpox in children. We included 128 children with chickenpo x who were hospitalized between 2000 and 2014. Binary logistic regression was used to reveal factors associated with bacterial complications. Male gender and age 3 to 6 years were positively associated with occurrence of invasive bacterial complications. We found association between atopic dermatitis and pyoderma (noinvasive bacterial complications of chickenpox). Prescribtion of acyclovir decreased the odds of invasive bacterial complications.
