Показано, что этот препарат, обладающий широким спектром противовирусной активности, в том числе и по отношению к осельтамивири занамивир-устойчивым штаммам вируса гриппа, антиоксидантной активностью и низкой токсичностью (Код АТХ  J05AХ13),  может успешно использоваться  при лечении детей указанного возраста с гриппом А(Н1N1)pdm09.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this article are presented the results of comparative observation of the effectiveness of the inclusion in the complex therapy of 203 hospitalized children aged 2 years and older with influenza А(Н1N1)pdm09 domestic antiviral drug — Umifenovir  (Arbidol) that occurred during the epidemic seasons 2009—2013 and 2015—2016 in terms of observational clinical studies.  It is shown  that this drug, possessing a wide spectrum of antiviral activity, including against Oseltamivir — and Zanamivir-resistant influenza virus strains, antioxidant activity and low toxicity (Code ATX Ј05АХ13), can be successfully used in the treatment of infants with influenza А(Н1N1)pdm09.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>грипп А(H1N1)pdm09</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>отечественный противовирусный препарат — Умифеновир</kwd><kwd>лечение</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Influenza А(Н1N1)pdm09</kwd><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>the antiviral drug — Umifenovir</kwd><kwd>treatment</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Карпова Л.С., Пелих М.Ю., Столяров К.А., Поповцева Н.М., Столярова Т.П.
