Ачинска, выявил факторы риска, способствующие развитию патологии в ранний постнатальный период у 43,7% новорожденных, возникновение острой инфекционной (32,5%) и соматической (19,2%) патологии, потребовавшее госпитализации в 6,9% случаев. Пилотный проект по иммунизации против ротавирусной инфекции новорожденных детей г. Ачинска позволил снизить число госпитализаций по поводу кишечных инфекций в этой группе на 39,1%. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The analysis of the antenatal period of ontogeny in 1267 children of city Achinsk found risk factors that contributed to the development of pathology in the early postnatal period in 43.7% of newborns, the emergence of an acute infectious (32.5%) and somatic (19.2%) pathology requiring hospitalization in 6.9% of cases.
