Показано, что лейшманиоз, вызванный данным микроорганизмом, протекает в виде кожного, в том числе диффузного у ВИЧ-инфицированных больных, и висцерального лейшманиоза. Приводятся наиболее характерные клинические примеры.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article contains a literature review devoted to the history of the study of human leishmaniasis and one of the new pathogens — Leishmania martiniquensis. It is shown that leishmaniasis caused by this microorganism proceeds in the form of cutaneous, including diffuse in HIV-infected patients, and visceral leishmaniasis. The most typical clinical examples are given.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Leishmania martiniquensis</kwd><kwd>лейшманиоз кожный</kwd><kwd>лейшманиоз висцеральный</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Leishmania martiniquensis</kwd><kwd>leishmaniasis cutaneous</kwd><kwd>visceral leishmaniasis</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">http://www.who.int/leishmaniasis/</mixed-citation><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">http://www.who.int/leishmaniasis/</mixed-citation></citation-alternatives></ref><ref id="cit2"><label>2</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Steverding D.
