Ведущим бактериальным этиологическим агентом ВП в общей популяции возбудителей остается Streptococcus pneumonia.</p><p>В статье приведены результаты исследования влияния вакцинации против пневмококковой инфекции на заболеваемость внебольничными пневмониями у детей в г. Пенза. Выявлено, что показатель заболеваемости внебольничными пневмониями у детей, привитых 13-валентной конъюгированной пневмококковой вакциной, в 3,2 раза ниже, чем у не привитых детей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The urgency of the problem is due to the fact that respiratory diseases occupy one of the first places in the structure of child morbidity, and community-acquired pneumonia remains one of the main causes of hospitalization and mortality among children. Streptococcus pneumonia remains the leading bacterial etiological agent of community-acquired pneumonia in the total population of pathogens.</p><p>The article presents a statistical study of the impact of vaccination against pneumococcus on the incidence of community-acquired pneumonia in children in Penza, Russia.
