Приводится краткая литературная справка и дается характеристика больных, госпитализированных в инфекционно-боксированное отделение многопрофильного стационара федерального подчинения.</p><p>За последние 15 лет наблюдалось 22 ребенка с паразитарными заболеваниями, включающими висцеральный токсокароз — 11, висцеральный лейшманиоз — 5, дифиллоботриоз — 3, токсоплазмоз — 2, трихинеллез — 1.</p><p>Учитывая сложность диагностики и возможность развития жизнеугрожаюших состояний при отсутствии своевременного лечения необходимо уделять внимание тщательному сбору эпидемиологического анамнеза, клинико-лабораторным особенностям течения паразитозов человека, методам лабораторной диагностики с учетом жизненного цикла паразитов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The experience of monitoring patients with parasitic diseases is presented. A brief literary reference is given and characteristics of patients hospitalized in the infectious-boxed department of a multidisciplinary hospital of federal subordination are given.</p><p>Over the past 15 years, 22 children have been observed with parasitic diseases, including visceral toxocariasis — 11, visceral leishmaniasis — 5, diphyllobothriasis — 3, toxoplasmosis — 2, trichinosis — 1.</p><p>Given the complexity of diagnosis and the possibility of developing life-threatening conditions in the absence of timely treatment, attention should be paid to a thorough collection of an epidemiological history, clinical and laboratory features of the course of human parasitoses, and laboratory diagnostic methods taking into account the life cycle of parasites.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>паразит</kwd><kwd>паразитарные заболевания</kwd><kwd>токсокароз</kwd><kwd>лейшманиоз</kwd><kwd>дифиллоботриоз</kwd><kwd>токсоплазмоз</kwd><kwd>трихинеллез</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>parasite</kwd><kwd>parasitic diseases</kwd><kwd>toxocariasis</kwd><kwd>leishmaniasis</kwd><kwd>diphyllobothriasis</kwd><kwd>toxoplasmosis</kwd><kwd>trichinosis</kwd><kwd>children</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Паразитарные болезни человека: Руководство для врачей.
