Трансплантация печени сегодня является единственным радикальным методом лечения пациентов с фульминантной и хронической печеночной недостаточностью в стадии декомпенсации. Усовершенствование техники операции и тактики ведения пациентов позволило добиться высокого процента выживаемости, трансплантация стала доступным и безопасным методом и для детей, в том числе с массой тела менее 10 кг. Однако на данный момент существует ряд нерешенных проблем, связанных с послеоперационными осложнениями, значительно влияющих на результаты трансплантации. В данной статье представлен обзор российской и зарубежной литературы, отражающей достижения в области трансплантации печени за последние десятилетия, обозначение актуальных проблем и путей их решения.

Liver transplantation today is the only radical method of treatment decompensating fulminant and chronic liver failure. The operation technic and patient care improvement made it possible to achieve a high survival rate. Transplantation has become an available and safe method for children, including patients weighing less than 10 kg. However, at the moment there are a number of unsolved problems. Postoperative complications can significantly affect the results of transplantation. This article provides a Russian and foreign literature overview, reflecting the achievements in the field of liver, identifying current problems and solutions.
