Различные варианты затяжных форм гепатита А, течение с обострением по-прежнему вызывают дифференциально-диагностические трудности и ошибки. Сохраняющиеся до настоящего времени тяжелые и холестатические формы гепатита А у детей, фульминантные формы у подростков, взрослых и беременных позволяет считать эту проблему актуальной. Сохраняется актуальной и перспективной задача вакцинопрофилактики гепатита А в рамках Национального календаря профилактических прививок России. Многочисленные исследования показали, что французская вакцина AVAXIM 80 показала хорошую иммуногенность и безопасность применения у детей.
