В инфекционной патологии у детей грудного возраста стафилококковая инфекция занимает ведущее место, характеризуется быстрым развитием интоксикации, гнойно-деструктивного процесса с возможностью генерализации инфекции, влияющей на течение и исход заболевания.

Цель исследования — изучить результаты лечения первичного стафилококкового энтероколита, у детей грудного возраста, с применением антибактериальных препаратов и их комбинации с бактериофагами.

Методы исследования

Методы исследования. Анализировали частоту элиминации стафилококка, продолжительность основных симптомов (лихорадка, диарея, токсикоз с эксикозом) в результате лечения первичного стафилококкового энтероколита (подтвержденного лабораторно) у детей в возрасте от 1 до 12 мес., получавших в стационарных условиях антибактериальные препараты (нифуроксазид, азитромицин) или их комбинацию с бактериофагами (стафилококковый, пиобактериофаг). Период учета данных — с января 2017 по декабрь 2020 г.

Результаты исследования

Результаты исследования. Результаты лечения стафилококкового энтероколита изучены в 4 группах: монотерапия нифуроксазид (n = 39) или азитромицин (n = 40), комбинация нифроксазид+стафилококковый бактериофаг (n = 41) или азитромицин + + пиобактерифаг (n = 38). Группы были сопоставимы по полу, возрасту, клиническим проявлениям болезни. Элиминация стафилококка на 10—12-е сут. лечения при монотерапии антибактериальными препаратами достигалась у 31—35%, при их комбинации с бактериофагами — у 51—64% пациентов на каждой комбинации (df = 3, р < 0,05). На фоне комбинированной терапии симптомы заболевания (диарея, рвота) купировались в 1,4 раза быстрее; число пациентов с лактазной недостаточностью и дисбиозом кишечника снижалось в 1,7— 2 раза, при монотерапии антибактериальными препаратами — в 1,3—1,4 раза (df = 3, p < 0,05).

Заключение

Заключение. Лечение первичного стафилококкового энтероколита у детей, включающее антибактериальные препараты и бактериофаги, более эффективно, чем монотерапия антибактериальными препаратами.

In infectious pathology in infants, staphylococcal infection occupies a leading place, is characterized by the rapid development of intoxication, a purulent-destructive process with the possibility of generalization of infection, affecting the course and outcome of the disease.

The aim of the study was to study the results of treatment of primary staphylococcal enterocolitis, in infants, with the use of antibacterial drugs and their combination with bacteriophages.

Research methods

Research methods. The frequency of elimination of staphylococcus, the duration of the main symptoms (fever, diarrhea, toxicosis with exicosis) as a result of treatment of primary staphylococcal enterocolitis (confirmed by laboratory) were analyzed in children aged from 1 to 12 months who received inpatient antibacterial drugs (nifuroxazide, azithromycin) or their combination with bacteriophages (staphylococcal, pyobacteriophage). The data accounting period is from January 2017 to December 2020.

Against the background of combined therapy, the symptoms of the disease (diarrhea, vomiting) were stopped 1.2 times faster; the number of patients with lactase deficiency and intestinal dysbiosis decreased by 1.7—2 times, with monotherapy with antibacterial drugs-by 1.3—1.4 times (df = 3, p < 0.05).

Conclusion

Conclusion. Treatment of primary staphylococcal enterocolitis in children, including antibacterial drugs and bacteriophages, is more effective than monotherapy with antibacterial drugs.
