Однако инфицирование парвовирусом В19 может приводить к поражению различных органов и систем, развитию тяжелых осложнений вплоть до летального исхода. Наибольшую опасность инфекция представляет для лиц с иммунодефицитом и гематологическими заболеваниями. Серьезные последствия возможны при внутриутробном инфицировании плода. Знание об особенностях возбудителя, патогенеза болезни, многообразии клинических проявлений позволит врачам избежать диагностических ошибок и оказать пациенту своевременную медицинскую помощь.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Parvovirus B19 infection is best known as erythema infectiosum. However, infection with parvovirus B19 can lead to damage to various organs and systems, the development of severe complications up to death. The infection is most dangerous for people with immunodeficiency and hematological diseases. Serious consequences are possible with intrauterine infection of the fetus.
