На детей приходится около 15% от всех случаев COVID-19, зафиксированных в стране. В настоящее время появляется все больше сообщений о тяжелых и даже летальных случаях новой коронавирусной инфекции у детей. Развитие тяжелых форм COVID-19 характерно для детей из групп риска. Повышенный интерес представляют особые группы пациентов детского возраста, такие как дети с иммунодефицитами разной этиологии.</p><p>Представлен клинический случай новой коронавирусной инфекции с летальным исходом у ребенка 10 лет с тяжелым вторичным иммунодефицитом, ассоциированным с трансплантацией гемопоэтических стволовых клеток, на фоне острого лимфобластного лейкоза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Children are more likely to have asymptomatic and mild forms of novel coronavirus infection, as well as a more favorable outcome of the disease compared to adult patients. Children account for about 15% of all cases of COVID-19 recorded in the country. There are more and more reports of severe and even fatal cases of a new coronavirus infection in children. The development of severe forms of COVID-19 is typical for children at risk.
