Паразитарные инфекции повсеместно распространены во всем мире и особенно часто встречаются в детском возрасте. Учитывая отсутствие патогномичных симптомов на ранних этапах заболевания правильный диагноз, как правило, устанавливается на поздних стадиях при преимущественном применении инструментальных методов исследования. В представленном клиническом наблюдении продемонстрировано бессимптомное течение эхинококкоза с поражением органов дыхания и печени. Благородя ежегодному флюорографическому обследованию были выявлены изменения в легких, в связи с чем подросток был направлен на консультацию к фтизиатру. В противотуберкулезном стационаре при помощи комплексного обследования и за счет сочетания современных телемедицинских технологий были выявлены изменения не только в правом легком, но и в печени, что и позволило врачам выставить окончательный диагноз.

Данный пример показал, что необходимо полноценное комплексное обследование пациентов при поступлении в стационар перед назначением специфического противотуберкулезного лечения. Повышение уровня знаний врачей о паразитарных заболеваниях сможет улучшить раннее выявление и диагностику паразитарных инфекций и поможет вовремя направить пациента к необходимому специалисту.

Parasitic infections are widespread throughout the world and are especially common in childhood. The absence of pathognomonic symptoms in liver diseases is characteristic. We presented clinical observation with asymptomatic echinococcosis with damage to the respiratory organs and liver. During the fluorographic examination, changes in the lungs were revealed, in connection with which she was sent for a consultation with a phthisiatrician. In the TB hospital, with the help of a comprehensive examination and modern telemedicine technologies, changes were identified in lungs and in the liver. This clinical observation showed that it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive examination before prescribing specific anti-tuberculosis treatment. Increasing physicians' knowledge of parasitic diseases could increase the early detection.
