В настоящее время ведется поиск механизмов, с помощью которых данный вирус участвует в развитии патологических изменений в органах и тканях желудочно-кишечного тракта. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Epstein-Barr virus is ubiquitous human lymphotropic virus. It is responsible for the pathogenesis of several diseases, including diseases of upper gastrointestinal tract.
