Вовлечение в иммунное воспаление печени при инфекционном мононуклеозе, сопровождающееся её увеличением, появлением желтухи и повышением активности трансаминаз, встречается с частотой 17—90% случаев и зависит от тяжести ИМ, в то время как нейроинфекции Эпштейна-Барр-вирусной этиологии, осложняющие ИМ, встречаются не более, чем у 5% пациентов. В данной статье представлен клинический случай инфекционного мононуклеоза с поражением печени и возникновением раннего осложнения — невропатии правого лицевого нерва у ребенка 15 лет.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Infectious mononucleosis is a current problem of pediatric practice, which tends to increase the incidence in the Russian Federation and other countries. Liver dysfunction of varying severity in infectious mononucleosis occur with a frequency of 17—90% of cases while Epstein-Barr neuroinfections of viral etiology occur in no more than 5% of patients.
