When sending articles to the editors recommend the following rules, drawn up by taking into account the Recommendations for the, description, editing and publication of the results of scientific work in medical journals in December 2016 (ICMJE Recommendations for the Conduct, Reporting, Editing and Publication of Scholarly Work in Medical Journals, December 2016), as well as updated "Guidelines for authors for the preparation and execution of scientific articles in journals indexed in international databases scientometric-2017", which are prepared by a group of international experts under the editorship . To prepare a scientific article, we recommend using the resource http://www.goodreports.org/
1. The article should be accompanied by an official referral from the institution in which the work is performed and have a scientific supervisor's visa.
2. All authors should disclose in their work information about any financial and other significant conflicts of interest that may affect the results of the study or their interpretation. To do this, you must fill out a form about the absence of a conflict of interest, you can download it on the journal's website https://detinf.elpub.ru/jour/about/submissions
The completed form can be copied to an article file or sent in a separate file.
If there is no financial support and no conflict of interest, at the end of the article one should write: Conflict of interest: The authors confirmed the absence of conflict of interest, financial support, which should be reported.
3. The article should be typed on the computer in Times 14 font size, after 1.5 intervals.
In electronic form, the article should be sent in one file, including a list of literature, summaries with keywords, tables, drawings with captions, information about authors.
4. At the beginning of the article, its title is placed in small, not uppercase letters, then the initials and surnames of the authors, the full name of the institution, city, country, with Arab numerals indicate which author is from which institution.
Further in the article follows a short summary (volume from 100 to 250 words), necessarily reflecting the purpose, methods and results of the study with the indication of keywords.
5. The article should contain contact information for all authors: full name, first name, degree, title, institution name, work address and telephone number, e-mail required.
For each author, you must specify ORCID (the author must register at http://orcid.org/ [Open Researcher and Contributor ID]), you will receive your unique number, your personal citation index will increase.
It is necessary to inform about the consent of all authors to the processing and use of information. The article should contain the signatures of all authors.
6. The structure of the original article: introduction, it is necessary to indicate the purpose of the research, materials and methods of research, the results and their discussion, conclusions (conclusion), references.
The volume of articles: no more than 12 pages for the original article, 15 for the lecture and literature review, 7 for clinical observation.
7. The article should be carefully edited and reconciled. Abbreviations of words are not allowed, except for generally accepted chemical and mathematical symbols, terms. The articles should use the SI unit system.
When describing drugs in the article, it is necessary to indicate the active substance. The names and dosages of medications must be carefully checked. You can not specify the commercial name of the drug in the title of the article.
8. Tables should have a name, all figures and percentages in tables should be carefully verified by the author. The names of tables and graphs must be submitted in English.
Figures (no more than 6 pcs.) Are sent in the article file. All axes and other symbols must be signed. At the end of the article, after the list of literature, it is necessary to duplicate the names of the Figures.
9. At the end of the article, the list of literature (references) is cited by the author, and not by alphabet, which should correspond to the database format (Library's MEDLINE / PubMed database) of NLM: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/citingmedicine
Bibliographic references should be numbered, in the text of the article serial numbers are indicated in square brackets. In original articles it is desirable to indicate no more than 20 sources, in reviews of literature - no more than 50.
Do not include references to works of many years ago, abstracts, dissertations, textbooks!
In order to increase the quoting of authors, the requirements of the bibliographic databases, list all authors in the list of references cited. The title of the journal is shown in italics in transliteration (you can + with translation into English), all words begin with a capital letter.
The names of periodicals can be written in abbreviated form. Usually this form of writing is independently taken by the publication, it can be found on the website of the publishing house (magazine) or in the list of abbreviations Index Medicus.
It is highly desirable to specify the DOI index.

For the correctness of the data listed in the list of data, the authors bear responsibility.
10. Submission to the editorial office of previously published articles is not allowed!
11. The editorial board has the right to edit and reduce the published materials and adapt them to the headings of the journal.
12. Fee for the publication of the manuscript from graduate students is not charged.
