ОБОСНОВАНИЕ ВАКЦИНОПРОФИЛАКТИКИ ГРИППА У ДЕТЕЙ РАННЕГО ВОЗРАСТА

Аннотация
Грипп является одной из наиболее опасных инфекций для детей раннего возраста. Важнейшим способом ограничить распространение инфекции и локализовать эпидемическую вспышку среди детей является вакцинопрофилактика гриппа. Современные вакцины имеют высокий профиль безопасности и эффективности, что позволяет использовать их уже на первом году жизни младенца. В обзоре освещена позиция ВОЗ и ECDC в отношении необходимости формирования коллективного и индивидуального иммунитета среди детей разных возрастных групп. Показана позитивная роль материнской иммунизации против гриппа для создания устойчивости к инфекции младенцев первых месяцев жизни.
