ЭТИОТРОПНАЯ ТЕРАПИЯ ВИРУСНЫХ ГЕПАТИТОВ

Аннотация
Лечение хронических вирусных гепатитов является не разрешенной до конца проблемой, особенно у детей. Не выработаны убедительные критерии выздоровления. В работе представлены различные схемы, применяемые для этиотропной терапии вирусных гепатитов на современном этапе — интерфероны и противовирусные препараты. Для лечения гепатита В в качестве противовирусной терпии используют синтетические нуклеозидные и нуклеотидные аналоги, при гепатите С — рибавирин и ингибиторы протеазы и полимеразы.
У детей остается актуальной интерферонотерапия с использованием отечественных препаратов, включающих ректальные формы введения интерферона (ВИФЕРОН®). В то же время ведутся активные исследования по изучению безинтерфеновых схем лечения хронических вирусных гепатитов в педиатрической практике, но пока выбор лекарственных средств для безинтерфероновой терапии ограничивается отдельными препаратами. При гепатите В это — назначаемый с 3-х лет ламивудин (прием которого сопровождается частым развитием резистентности) и — тенофовир (назначается с 12 лет). При гепатите С может назначаться рибавирин с 3-х лет.
