ВСПЫШКА МОЧЕПОЛОВОГО ШИСТОСОМОЗА НА КОРСИКЕ

Аннотация

В статье представлен обзор литературы, посвященный истории изучения шистосомоза человека и описание вспышки мочеполового шистосомоза на острове Корсика, Франция, продолжающейся с 2011—2013 гг. по настоящее время. Показано, что шистосомоз на Корсике вызван, по большей части, гибридом S. haematobium — S. bovis, а также собственно S. haematobium, имеющими западноафриканское (сенегальское) происхождение. Приводятся наиболее характерные клинические примеры.
